Louis Weber is Vice President of Business Development at Mikart, where he supports biopharma and specialty pharma clients in advancing drug products from development through commercialization. He brings deep CDMO industry experience spanning formulation science, technical operations, and commercial leadership, with prior roles at Halo Pharmaceutical (now Cambrex), DFE Pharma, Catalent Pharma Solutions, and Emerson Resources (now Pace Analytical). Louis has worked across a wide range of dosage forms, including oral solid and liquid formulations. He also serves on the Board of Directors of DCAT (Drug, Chemical & Associated Technologies Association), contributing to industry collaboration and innovation.
