Carla M. Bryant, Director of Human Resources, is a professional with over 13 years of human resource management experience, in the pharmaceutical contract manufacturing arena. She has notable experience in strategic human resource planning, performance management, staffing, federal and state law compliance, employment contract negotiations, employee benefits, compensation and payroll, training and development, and management coaching.
Carla started her career at Mikart in 2003 while interning in the Human Resources Department. She earned her B.S. Degree in Sociology and Human Services from Mercer University. She is a member of the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM) and SHRM-Atlanta.
