Our solids packaging capabilities allow for production of a wide range of bottle and fill configurations. The department offers opportunities to pursue filling of any dosage dimension. In addition we are able to process multiple-shaped bottles. Our capacity supports the most demanding production volumes. |
Solids packaging equipment include
- All lines are automated and include induction seal, neck banding, cottoner, or desiccant insertion, retorquer, labeling, check-weighing, and shrink wrapping
- Three rooms are dedicated to processing of solids
- Includes multiple Slat Fillers varying in size from 6 to 20 lanes
- Electronic Filler for unique shaped tablets and capsules
