Job Description:

Ensures the timely and accurate entry of customer information into the ERP system to allow their demands to be clearly identified. This individual is a key point of contact for a group of customers in matters related to purchase orders, service requests, and deliveries.

Essential Job Functions

  • Process product orders and coordinate shipments with Warehouse personnel.
  • Assist with entering customer PO’s into ERP system and processing all necessary paperwork associated with the order.
  • Assist in follow up with internal departments and customers on outstanding change request documents needed in order to manufacture or package products to ensure the change requests are signed off and sent back in a timely manner.
  • Assist with scanning and providing release documents to customers.
  • Assist with scanning and providing shipping documents to customers and serialization team once products are shipped.
  • Request PO’s from customers for labeling components, stability work and other services.
  • Ensure that all DEA and State licenses for all ship to addresses are maintained in ERP and in license books.  Ensure that renewed certificates/licenses are requested and received before the current license expires.  Maintain a list of all current DEA and State licenses and update as necessary.
  • Coordinate customer visits, ordering food, setting up conference room and breaking down/clean up afterwards.
  • Maintain and organize customer files.
  • Update and maintain customer contact spreadsheet and updates of contacts in ERP system.
  • Assist with ordering services and supplies for trade shows.
  • Order all office supplies to maintain office efficiency.
  • Assist in coordinating various customer requests as necessary.
  • Support Business Development Department with other duties as necessary.

Job Requirements:

Education and Qualifications

  • High School diploma and one to three years related experience, or other appropriate combination of education and experience.
  • Mastery of the English language and excellent communication oral and written skills are required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel and Outlook is required.

Physical Demands

  • Ability to function in a rapidly changing environment and handle multiple priorities.
  • A flexible work schedule is required.
  • Walking, sitting for long periods of time, and repetitive hand motions.
  • This role will be based in Atlanta.
